In the conceptual design phase of this 3,000 square foot luxury renovation, we envisioned a discerning luxury buyer—a sophisticated homeowner, perhaps from California—seeking an idyllic second residence or contemplating relocation to the serene landscapes of the Phoenix Valley. Drawn to the prestige of the nearby country clubs in The Boulders and North Scottsdale, these individuals value the allure of a guard gated community, meeting a profound sense of exclusivity. Yet, their desires extend beyond tranquility. These homeowners thrive within a vibrant social atmosphere, seeking a residence that seamlessly transitions into an entertainer's haven. Our design philosophy was clear: to curate a space that harmonizes soft, cool, coastal elements with the timeless allure of modern Spanish-Mediterranean style. The result is a living experience that is as relaxed as it is refined—a sanctuary where understated luxury meets the art of hosting.
Here, thoughtful textures and natural materials evoke an effortless sophistication, while curated design details celebrate both modern aesthetics and the storied warmth of Mediterranean living.
