HI, I’M KATIE.
An interior designer and licensed real estate agent based out of Litchfield Park, Arizona. I’ll never forget the day when a friend of mine told me I “should really get into this whole interior design thing”.
To be honest, I thought she was crazy. I always loved home decor shopping, playing with tile selections + fabrics, and dreaming up new spaces for my own home, but I never dreamt that one day I would turn this passion into a profession.
Now, after many projects of all sizes, from bathroom makeovers to full scale renovations, I’m so glad that friend gave me the “push” I needed to jump all in.
To me, interior design is much more than a pretty space and specific measurements.
Interior spaces should be an experience for everyone that enters. A room, a space, a whole home should tell a beautiful story; it should create an emotion as the viewer’s eyes dance leisurely around the room. Interior design is alive, it’s whimsical, it’s romantic. It swoops you up and soaks you into this full, abundant experience. At Merav Interiors, that experience is luxury yet functional, enriched yet maximized to perform.
THE best DESIGN TREND IS NOT TO follow ONE.
I love the way a pattern plays off of a specific tone in a tile, or how it brings out the finish on a lighting selection or piece of cabinet hardware. You could say I’m design obsessed. I love to fix problem areas, and think outside the box.
Merav Interiors is truly my pride and joy. I love to work alongside builders and home owners to create spaces that bring a lifetime of fulfillment by pouring my heart and soul into every project, big or small.
I long to be a creative inspiration for the generations after me, specifically my four children, to take the limitations off of where their creativity can take them. I want to push them to dream, create, solve problems, and overcome obstacles. To champion the people around them, to collaborate with others, and to inspire others to step into all they are called to be and do and become.
I can’t wait to take this journey along side you to customize an experience that’s simply unforgettable.
