This home is a testament to what happens when every square foot is reimagined with intention. The renovation began with a vision: to weave Moroccan influence into every corner, blending the richness of artisanal craftsmanship with the ease of modern living.

In the primary bathroom, the transformation is both dramatic and deeply personal. A custom his-and-hers vanity anchors the space, while a sweeping double shower system—complete with dual shower heads—offers a daily retreat wrapped in the glimmer of handmade zellige tile. Each tile, cut by hand, reflects light in a way that feels organic and alive, making the room not just functional, but quietly luxurious.

The design narrative continues in the children’s bathrooms, each with its own distinctive personality. In the two girls’ spaces, Moroccan details are reinterpreted with a playful spirit—bold custom-cut tiles are scaled to perfection, pattern play introduces a sense of fun, and subtle feminine touches balance the geometry. The boys’ bathroom, meanwhile, leans modern, showcasing two variations of the same tile in contrasting colors, a confident mix of metals, and a pebble-tiled shower floor that adds both texture and whimsy. Together, these baths reflect individuality while staying true to the home’s overarching story.

The kitchen, meanwhile, became a complete reinvention. The footprint was flipped to maximize flow, and a new prep kitchen was added—fully outfitted with a second sink, dishwasher, and abundant storage—making the home as practical as it is beautiful. In the main kitchen, three large pendants sourced directly from Morocco become the focal point. Their warm, patterned glow transforms the space, infusing it with authenticity and artistry that can’t be replicated.

From the bathrooms to the kitchen, every decision in this home was about layering beauty and purpose. Moroccan lighting, textiles, and finishes were not simply added, but integrated—woven into the bones of the house until the entire space tells one seamless story. It’s a home that celebrates culture, craft, and comfort, where every detail has been elevated to create a truly one-of-a-kind luxury residence.
