RENOVATION DESIGN

Tucked within the sun-soaked serenity of Scottsdale, Arizona, this breathtaking 2,900-square-foot residence underwent a complete transformation—one that reimagines the very essence of what home can be. This was not merely a renovation, but a holistic reconfiguration of the home’s core, where each space was thoughtfully restructured to elevate both form and function.

Walls were moved. Rooms were reinvented. The laundry room was relocated to maximize flow, the office repositioned for better light and privacy, and the kitchen—a dramatic centerpiece—was completely flipped, making way for a more intuitive layout and effortless entertaining.

From the outset, the design vision was clear: to capture the charm of a coastal cottage while maintaining the sophistication expected of a high-end desert retreat. The result is a soft, breezy palette layered with textural elegance—think natural wood tones, crisp whites, and airy linens—all harmonizing to create a space that feels both grounded and ethereal.

This home is a masterclass in balancing warmth with refinement, intimacy with luxury. Every detail has been curated to whisper comfort, while still making a statement. It’s a fresh take on coastal living, reinterpreted for the desert landscape—and we couldn’t be more proud of the result.
