What began as a very blue, highly outdated Scottsdale home, transformed into a serene, design-forward Airbnb retreat through a full-scale renovation rooted in natural elegance.

The design process was deeply intentional—from reimagining the layout to ensure flow and functionality, to layering organic textures that reflect the surrounding desert landscape.

The kitchen was relocated entirely to create a more open and connected living space, while a new primary suite was added to evoke spa-like calm with soft, chalky finishes and a private entry to the new pool.

Outdoors, a custom pool now anchors the backyard, offering a seamless extension of the home's earthy, elevated palette. Every surface, fixture, and finish was touched, resulting in a top-to-bottom transformation that feels both grounded and luxurious—an elevated escape for guests seeking style and stillness in the heart of Scottsdale.
