INTRODUCING:

CASA CALIZA PROJECT

#CASACALIZA

RENOVATION PLAN + INTERIOR DESIGN

Casa Caliza is a study in restraint, texture, and quiet luxury—an intentional departure from trend in favor of timeless, grounded design. Set within the refined landscape of Gainey Ranch, this home embraces a soft, mineral-driven palette layered with natural materials that feel both elevated and effortlessly livable.

At the heart of the home, the kitchen was completely reimagined—its footprint reconfigured to create a more intuitive, elevated flow for everyday living and entertaining. A newly introduced prep kitchen allows the main space to remain visually calm and uncluttered, while supporting the functionality of a high-performing home. The primary kitchen itself anchors the design with sculptural simplicity: a custom plaster hood, hand-finished cabinetry, and honed stone surfaces come together in a tonal composition that feels both refined and effortless. Subtle contrasts—aged bronze hardware, charcoal countertops, and warm European oak flooring—add depth without disrupting the overall harmony.

Beyond the kitchen, previously underutilized square footage was transformed with intention. An unused closet was reworked and, by thoughtfully pulling plumbing from the adjacent laundry room, reimagined as a dedicated bar and wine room—bringing a sense of hospitality and purpose to a once-overlooked area of the home.

Throughout Casa Caliza, every detail was curated to evoke a sense of permanence and ease. Even the most functional spaces, like the laundry room, carry the same design language—tailored cabinetry, tactile tile work on the floors and dog wash, and quiet tonal shifts that elevate the everyday.

Casa Caliza reflects our belief that luxury is not loud—it’s felt. It lives in the way materials age, how light moves across a surface, and the quiet confidence of a space that doesn’t need to prove itself.
